When shopping at the grocery store you sometimes get more than what you are looking for. Preservatives and chemicals, such as pesticides and herbicides, are part of the normal process of vegetables and fruits that are grown and sold to local grocery stores. When the body is in distress, the mind is also in distress, and both parts tell their person all about how they are feeling.
